A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from around the “C” coffee shop located in Suwon-gu, Busan, to around 2km in the south-do, Namcheon-gu, Busan, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from around 32:35, 2019.

2. On May 12, 2019, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) while driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle with no license for a motorcycle 125C motor vehicle without registration; (b) was discovered to operate a two-wheeled motor vehicle in front of the port of Namcheon-gu, Busan, Busan, Busan, Police Station D, which did not attach a registration license number to E officers belonging to the Busan, and was demanded to present a resident registration number to verify his/her status; (c) then, the Defendant used the Defendant’s model F resident registration number “G” of the Defendant’s model F resident registration number which was ordinary letter to conceal his/her identity to E, as he/she was his/her resident registration number.

3. When the Defendant demanded the preparation and submission of one copy of the “written confirmation of violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act” and one copy of the “written confirmation of violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act,” which did not attach the “F” and the “written confirmation of violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act” at the time and place indicated in paragraph (2), the Defendant used the “F”, “G” and “H” in the name column of the “written “written confirmation” provided by E without authority for the purpose of utteringing his/her identity, and forged one copy of the “F” with the signature of “F” in the “written name column of the preparing name,” and without authority, with the “F” written “F” written in the “written name column of the “written confirmation of violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act” written in F’s personal information without authority.
