Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the Seoul Gangnam-gu 101, C Licensed Real Estate Agent Brokerage Assistant.

No person other than a licensed real estate agent shall use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto.

Nevertheless, from May 19, 2014, the name "representative of the C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" was found to be "representative of the C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" at the above office and distributed to the customer and used the similar name of the licensed real estate agent.
