Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a licensed real estate agent shall use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto.

On June 8, 2015, the Defendant, even if not licensed real estate agents, kept in the office of the said licensed real estate agent and used the name of the licensed real estate agent in the second floor of the building B in Yangju-si, the signboard of “C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” and the name of “A representative of the C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”
