Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2015, at around 23:06, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report that a drinking person drinked on the street in front of the Djuju point located in Yong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) received such report, and sent out by the Defendant, the victim Young-gu Police Station Estation affiliated with the Estation belonging to the victim Young-gun, Police Station, and Police Station: (c) asked the Defendant for the case guard; (d) seven persons, including G at the same time, including seven persons, who were in his place, were sexually insulting the victim by openly insultingd the victim on several occasions.
