A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant will pay 120 million won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant introduced that he was a person who was aware of military life in the military unit such as the victim C's dual part D, and was employed in Samsung Electronic Plant personnel division, and explained that he was employed by the defendant as a person who was employed in the military unit.

On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant to contact with the Defendant, “I would be able to enter Samsung Electronic in a way of recommendation”; and (b) told, “I would be able to prepare for the mind that I would be able to select at around September of this year, and will be able to enter Samsung Electronic; and (c) attempted to obtain money by deceiving the victim under the pretext that I would make I would be able to enter Samsung Electronic in a way of recommendation.”

Around August 2014, the Defendant concluded that the victim was introduced in the above D’s residence located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, that “The Defendant would have the victim be employed in Samsung Electronic in the way of recommendation of re-employed. In order to find a job, the job recommendation fee must be paid to Samsung Electronic. When finding employment, all the job recommendation fee will be refunded.”

However, in fact, the Defendant had been working for the subcontractor from March 199 to July 2002 at Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd., and did not have served in the Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd., and even if the Defendant received the funds in the name of the cost for job recommendation from the victim, he did not have any intent and ability to employ the victim in Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd.

On August 21, 2014, the Defendant received 2,000,000 won from the victim’s account under the name of the Defendant from the victim’s father to the account of community credit cooperatives (Account Number:G) in the name of the Defendant, and from that time to June 9, 2015, H in the attached list of crime from that time is F, and H in the attached list of crime from that time to June 9, 2015, K as K, and L as M, respectively.

As such, a total of 124,00,000 won was remitted over 18 times in total.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
