Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 2265] The Defendant, around December 10, 2014, was issued a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant was able to be employed in Samsung Electronic Delivery Team at the time of Seoul, the Defendant did not work in Samsung Electronic, and the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to get employed in Samsung Electronic, even if he was granted expenses from another person, and even if he was granted money from another person as above for employment expenses, the Defendant was given approximately KRW 25 million to the Defendant’s Da (n, 59 years of age) through C, which was known at ordinary times. The head of the domestic Samsung Electronic Delivery Team is the 59 years of age. If expenses such as insurance premiums, etc. are paid, the Defendant was issued a total of KRW 10,000,000 from the victim’s 10th of the same month, 100,000,000 won from the victim’s 10th of the same year, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property from the victims.

[2015 Highest 2524] The Defendant, around November 25, 2014, made a false statement to the effect that “the head of the domestic Samsung Electronic Delivery Team shall be the head of the domestic Samsung Electronic Distribution Center if he/she was aware of the fact that the Defendant was employed in Samsung Electronic Logistics Center, and that the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to get employed in Samsung Electronic and received expenses from another person even if he/she did not work in Samsung Electronic and received expenses from another person, and even if he/she was given money as above for employment expenses, he/she did not intend to use approximately KRW 25,00,000 for the repayment, etc. of the Defendant’s debt, etc., but he/she was paid approximately KRW 25,00,00,000 to the above victim’s 5,00,000,000 and around December 22, 203 of the same year.”
