1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On March 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that D’s benefits were deposited in the said account while holding the Korean bank’s physical card (Account Number: E) for female-friendly job offers D; and (b) attempted to withdraw D’s benefits at will.
1) On March 10, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by withdrawing KRW 300,000,000, which is the victim’s possession, from a cash automatic payment instrument administered by the victim Nos. lusium stock company located in 8-gil-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, by inserting the above physical card, and inputting the password and the withdrawn amount into KRW 300,000,00.
2) At around 13:19 on the same day, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by withdrawing KRW 300,000, which is the victim’s property from the cash payment machine managed by the Korea Electronic Finance Corporation of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul by withdrawing KRW 300,00,000, which is the victim’s property from the cash payment machine managed by
3) 피고인은 같은 날 13:27 경 서울 영등포구 불상 지에 설치되어 있는 피해자 주식회사 BGF 네트웍 스가 관리하는 현금 자동 지급기에서 위와 같은 방법으로 피해자 소유인 현금 300,000원을 인출함으로써 피해자의 재물을 절취하였다.
B. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 13:30 on March 16, 2016, at the home of the victim G on March 16, 2016, the Defendant owned KRW 40,000 for free use of CGV film amounting to KRW 170,000, the market price of the victim’s possession on the top of the line at the seat of the victim G, the victim’s 170,000.

On April 7, 2016, at around 13:05 on April 7, 2016, the Defendant came to have a pair of 200,000 won in the market value of Samsung Nowon-gu (NT270E5R-X5S) equivalent to 350,000 won at the victim’s house in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu H 511 on his/her book.
In this respect, the Defendant suffered damage.
