Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant 16:00 on May 8, 2015, 2015: (a) drinked the rest in the victim C’s house located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si; (b) drinked the victim’s fluencing with D and fluencing alcohol; and (c) 50,000 won in the market price, including one copy of the Agricultural Cash Card owned by the victim, etc. in Australia-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si; and (d) taken

In other words, they stolen them.

2. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted a stolen cash card at the F convenience store located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si; (b) then withdrawn KRW 300,000 in cash by inputting the password that was known in advance; (c) then withdrawn KRW 200,000 in cash from the said cash payment machine at around 19:02 on the same day; (d) withdrawn KRW 300,000 in cash from the G convenience store located in the same Ri at around 23:39 on the same day; and (e) withdrawn KRW 80,000 in cash from the said G convenience store at around 23:39 on the same day by withdrawing KRW 80,000,000 in total on three occasions; and (e) subsequently, stolen the property of the manager of the automatic payment machine in cash
