Although the victim was “,” it is difficult to mare an aircraft ticket because the victim did not have to do so, and there is a lot of alcohol.

The phrase “,” as it refers to “an act that interferes with the victim’s right of aviation by force by avoiding disturbance, such as putting a large amount of novel and taking a bath, thereby obstructing the victim’s right of aviation.

The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at around 20:10 on the same day as the description in paragraph 1, and after receiving 112 reports on the above situation at the same location, the Defendant is arrested by the captain of the Jeju National Police Agency D of the Korean National Police Agency who called out, “I will find out who is inside the military, give him any sound, and not return home from E without returning home to Korea.”

In doing so, the police officers assaulted, such as gathering E's arms from several times, and gathering slopeF's arms continuously dispatched with E, and the said police officers returned to D's domestic guidance offices, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties concerning the handling of reports by 112.
