A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around April 2012, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising his/her name on the front garage of the petition-gu C apartment, the Defendant: (a) obtained a Sticker’s registration number on which the name of the company cannot be known from the advertising company; and (b) forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of uttering.
2. The Defendant attached the forged motor vehicle registration number plate as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to the relevant truck, and around April 5, 2013, the Defendant exercised the forged motor vehicle registration number plate, which was the air conditioners, by having E operate the relevant truck.
