A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) committed physical abuse by assaulting the victims four times in total from July 20, 2016 to July 20, 2016, on the ground that he did not receive KRW 1,000 from the victim E (7 years of age) who is a spouse in de facto marriage at the Defendant’s home, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 411 Dong 1204, on the ground that he was not receiving KRW 1,00 from the victim E (7 years of age).
2. A person who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;
A. On May 29, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant carried a saw, which is a dangerous object that might be used for violent crime without justifiable grounds, and carried the saw, which is a saw to be used for violent crime, by cutting the saw on the floor of the Nowon Police Station located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Nowon-gu Police Station.
B. On August 14, 2016, around 13:15, the Defendant: (a) took a bath in front of the entrance of the Nowon Police Station at the Nowon Police Station; (b) took a disturbance in front of his hand (29cm in total length, 13cm in knife length); (c) “A police, knife people’s lives, knife people’s lives, and 2,30 years in 2, and 30 meters,” and carried an excessive one stop, which is a dangerous object that might be used for violent crimes without justifiable grounds.
