A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed any of the following crimes under the status that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to brain-diseases, divided disorder, etc.:

1.
