A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:05 on February 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim’s head debt by putting the victim’s head debt, and assaulting the victim’s head and her knife several times by hand on the grounds that the victim D (here 24 years of age) came to her own.

2. On February 1, 2014, around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) was arrested in the Busan Police Station and the office of the Busan Police Station and the office located in the Busan High-dong, Busan High-dong; (b) was arrested in a flagrant offender for committing the crime as referred to in paragraph (1); and (c) was arrested in a flagrant offender for the purpose of committing the crime as referred to in paragraph (1); (c) was examined as if he was E; and (d) signed E in the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol at the end of the suspect interrogation protocol; and (c) requested F, the police officer of the investigation, to bind the said protocol into the investigation record

Accordingly, the defendant forged E's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, on the date and time, at the place, under Paragraph (2) of this Article, received the interrogation of a suspect on the grounds of criminal facts stated in Paragraph (1), and informed the police officer F of his/her resident registration number as E and used it unlawfully.

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the Criminal Act;
