A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shows symptoms, editing tendency, etc., and has weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental illness.

1. A crime committed on April 22, 2017;

A. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act by force against the victim E (at the age of 21) in front of the D located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, on April 22, 2017, by using the victim’s head, etc. on his/her own hand, with the victim’s head, etc.

B. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) performed the act as “I” in the process of taking custody of a flagrant offender against the police officer H who belongs to the above global group by committing a crime under paragraph (a) at the Busan Southern Police Station G District located in Busan Nam-gu, Busan; and (b) notified the above police officer of the I’s resident registration number as if he was the Defendant’s personal information.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

Around April 22, 2017, the Defendant signed the signature of I on April 17:2, 2017 at the Busan Southern Police Station G District located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, and at the time of the receipt of flagrant offender due to the crime of paragraph (a), he/she as if he/she were I, and at the time of the receipt of the flagrant offender due to the crime of paragraph (a), signed I on the “written confirmation”. On the same day, at the office of the J Team of the Busan Police Station located in the Nam-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, 319 times as he/she was examined at the above case at the office of the J Team of the Busan Police Station located in 81, Nam-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, 19 times as he/she was I, and after being examined, signed I on the column of confirmation, such as the person who stated at the time of the investigation and the right to refuse to make statements.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the signature of I for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

2. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim N(M) on May 26, 2017, in front of the “M” located in the Southern-gu L, Busan, on May 26, 2017.
