1. The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years and six months;

2.Provided, That the same shall not apply for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Import of marijuana;

A. On January 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, ordered the Internet site to stop an influorous marijuana, sent 10 e-mail e-mail 10 e-mail e-mail to a person who resides in the Netherlands rocks, and sent the e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail. On February 2014, the Defendant arrived at the Incheon National Open Port on February 1, 2014.

In this respect, the Defendant imported a large amount of marijuana.

B. On March 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, ordered the Internet site to stop an influorous hemp, sent 300 e-mail e-mail to a person who resides in the Netherlands rocks, using international mail. On April 2014, approximately 4.17 g (No. 2) of the number of marijuana sent by international ordinary mail in the Netherlands tegrgs, sent by the person who was not paid his/her name, arrive at the Incheon State’s port of supply (the date April 29, 2014 appears to be a clerical error) around April 23, 2014 (the date April 29, 2014).

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 4.17g of hemp.

2. The Defendant for smoking marijuana: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and (b) 1-A, among February 2014.

As in the same paragraph, the mash of marijuana imported, which is mixed with tobacco powder, made it as paper tobacco, made it like tobacco, and smokes generated by putting fire into a smoke.
