Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, a stolen business operator in China, received Handphones, which is a stolen, from A, in response to the request from B and B, to the effect that “the Handphones, which is the stolen goods, are carried out of China, are carried out to China through the military,” and was taken to take the handphones, which is the stolen goods, into China, to take them out to China.
