A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Victims from Nos. 1 to 3, 5, 8 to 10, 12 to 17.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Seoul Western District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 30, 201.

1. On August 3, 2012, around 14:00 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant acquired 16 cell phoness, a stolen 15 times as shown in attached Table 1, even after being aware of the fact that the victim’s non-owned market price of 4G mobile phones 90,000 won was a stolen charge, which was owned by C, from the Government of the 2nd Government of the Do-si, which was known to the victim’s own 90,000 won.

2. The Defendant and D, while providing the purchase fund for a mobile phone, conspired to acquire stolen goods by informing D of the place and the other party of the mobile phone, and purchasing handphones directly, which are the stolen.

On August 3, 2012, around 19:00 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with D, purchased 280,000 won of S3 LTE cell phone with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen charge at the price of 1 million won in the market value of the victim’s name, which he acquired from E in front of the Changdong Station located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and acquired six stolen goods by purchasing six cell phoness, a stolen charge, from September 12, 2012, as shown in attached Table 2 of the daily list of crimes.

3. The Defendant and F, while providing a mobile phone purchase fund, conspired F with F to acquire stolen goods by informing F of the place and the other party at which the Defendant purchased Handphones, and F to purchase Handphones directly.

In collusion with F, the Defendant, around 15:00 on August 23, 2012, knew of the fact that he was aware of the fact that he was a 800,000 won price of LTE cell phone 1 price, which was owned by G prior to the 4th exit of the Hongdong, Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, was a 40,000 won price.
