A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On July 27, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car on the waterside from the both sides of the road of Gocheon-dong, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-do, at around 23:50.

At the time, there were night and other vehicles waiting for signal, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the vehicle for the person engaged in driving business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was negligent in driving under the influence of alcohol content of 0.096% while driving in the blood, and received the back part of the victim C(59) driving, which was parked in the signal atmosphere from the front bank of the Defendant, as the front part of the Defendant’s car.

As above, the Defendant, while driving in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, suffered injury that requires two-day medical treatment, such as light fluorites and tensions, from the victim E (25) who was accompanied by the said rocketing car, and suffered injury that requires two-day medical treatment, such as cluoral salt ties and tensions, respectively.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a B-low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.096% while under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol for about 10km from the front of the “F food store located in the Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si.
