A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 14, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.122% from the 2km section of the blood alcohol level at approximately 2 km to the side at the entrance of the king-si, from the 75-ro jum of the king-si, the Defendant driven a Category B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.122% from the 2km road to the west-do west-dong.
