A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with the highest risk driving.
On August 26, 2020, around 15:55, the Defendant driven an ancient sports park intersection, which is 55, a king-ro, king-si, king-si, king-si, at C, from the king-si to the seat of the Gocheon-dong community service center, and proceeded along three-lanes.
