Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:20 on September 16, 2016, Defendant A received a report from 112 that two persons are being pushed ahead of the main apartment 306 dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, and the security guards assigned to the above E, in the presence of many residents, F, etc., restrain the Defendant’s dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insulting the above E, above G, and above I, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the above E and above I concerning the dispatch duty of the 112 Report.

2. Defendant B expressed a desire to “Manpo Police Station H in the presence of several residents, such as F, at the time and place like paragraph (1).” Defendant B expressed the desire to “Mana Police Station H in Mapopo-gu” to “Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-gu, and Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-gu, Mana-do, Mana-do,” and Defendant B tried to commit an assault by the above I, in his hand, to prevent any defect in arresting an offender in the act of obstruction of performance of official duties, such as paragraph (1).
