Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 18, 2012, around 00:40 on December 18, 2012, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) the Defendant: (b) was drunkly under the influence of alcohol on the roadside of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 198-1, and (c) the Defendant took a walk to check that “it is dangerous for the Defendant to enjoy alcohol on the street,” and (d) the C police box, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 report, arrested the Defendant and was on the back seat of the patrol vehicle No. 111; (b) the Defendant was arrested of the flagrant offender, and (c) the police box, who was dispatched to the site, arrested the Defendant, and was on board the back seat of the patrol vehicle No. 10 times, with the rear door of the patrol seat added by the lower part of the patrol vehicle, 400 won and damaged the vehicle patrol, which is an object used by a public office, thereby impairing its utility equivalent to 400 million won.

2. On January 2, 2012, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 01:00, at around 01:00, the Defendant reported 112 as stated in paragraph (1) and sent it to the scene by the police assistant F of the police box affiliated with the C police box called the Defendant, arrested the Defendant in flagrant offender, and hand over his/her new disease to the criminal department office of the senior police station; (b) when he/she sits in the suspect waiting room, he/she saw him/herself a part of the face F of the slopef on one occasion.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted a slopeF as above and interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the investigation of 112 Report Processing.
