1. With respect to the insured events described in paragraph 2 of the attached list, the plaintiff is based on the insurance contract described in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 6, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant listed in [Attachment List 1].
(hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). (b)
The main contents of the "Special Terms and Conditions for Hospitalization Allowance" among the insurance contracts of this case are as follows.
Article 4 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) The Insured (Persons Subject to Insurance) shall be diagnosed and confirmed as cancer (excluding cases where they receive diagnosis or treatment due to disease during the last five years from the date of subscription for insurance contract) after the date of coverage of this Special Terms and Conditions, and shall continue to be hospitalized for at least four days at a hospital or Council member (including a herb hospital or Council member) for the direct purpose of treating such cancer, or shall be diagnosed and confirmed as other skin cancer, A merchantam, job cancer, or bordering species during the insurance period (excluding cases where they have received diagnosis or treatment due to disease within the last five years from the date of subscription for insurance contract) and continued to be hospitalized for at least four days from the hospital or Council member (including a herb hospital or Council member) for the direct purpose of treating such disease during the insurance period of this Special Terms and Conditions.
The number of days of payment per 120 days of per hospitalization shall be the maximum of 120 days of per time of hospitalization, such as cancer, other skin cancer, Athram cancer, job cancer, and boundary-based hospitalization under paragraph (1).
In the case of paragraph (1), where the insured (person subject to insurance) is hospitalized at least twice for the purpose of treating the same cancer, other skin cancer, Athyram cancer, occupation cancer, and boundaryal species, it shall be considered as one-time hospitalization and shall be added to the number of days of each hospitalization.
The same cancer, even if the insured (person subject to insurance) is hospitalized by transferring a hospital or a member.
