1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is the general vice-chairperson of the incorporated association C (hereinafter "the branch of this case"). The defendant is the chief vice-chairperson of the branch of this case.

B. The instant branch’s articles of association appears to apply the articles of association of F, an incorporated association, which is a higher organization, to the following contents.
