Punishment of the crime

1. From September 21, 2015 to October 18, 2015, the president of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter “the president of the National Labor Union”) reported a meeting to the effect that, around September 18, 2015, at the Seoul Southern Police Station, approximately 10 persons participate in the newspaper company located in Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul from September 21, 2015 to around October 18, 2015 in the front of the newspaper company.

2. Criminal facts;

A. Defendant A participated in the above “Labor Multimediaion Resolution and National Camp” assembly, and entered the world of the Sejong Cultural Center located in Category 175, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
