Punishment of the crime
[6] From September 18, 2015 to October 18, 2015, the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation reported a meeting to the effect that ① from September 21, 2015 to September 21, 2015, the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station shall hold the “Labor Maga-dong and the national campaign” in which approximately 100 people participate in the front of the newspaper company’s building located in Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul. ② around September 21, 2015, a report was filed with the Seoul Southern Police Station to the effect that the “Labor Maga-gu Seoul Police Station meeting” shall be held by approximately 90 people in front of the park, namely, from September 15:0 to 19:00.
Nevertheless, on September 23, 2015, from around 15:03 to around 16:23, 2015, the president was convened in front of the three tendency newspapers in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and 5,500 members of the reported assembly were far more than 10 persons, and the participants of the assembly were occupying the two-lanes prior to the front line of the newspaper company.
After the completion of the above civil class conference, approximately 4,70 participants at around 16:24 on the same day, the 16:24 on the same day occupied the eight-lane prior to the new gate, in order to enter the luminous square, and did not report it to the three-lane distance.
