1. On July 24, 2013, Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspended execution at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 1, 2013.
From September 23, 2013 to October 2013, the Defendant purchased a total of 60 mobile phones of an amount equivalent to 400,000 won in the market price of the victim I owned by H from the so-called “cird,” which purchased stolen cell phones from taxi drivers in the vicinity of the new road station in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City or from the vicinity of the new road station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in accordance with the unit price table according to the type, even though he was aware that the market price owned by the victim J is stolen.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually acquired stolen goods.
2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On October 2013, Defendant A introduced Defendant B’s cell phone seller C from the office of the second floor L of Guri-si L to Defendant B, and around October 10, 2013, Defendant B had Defendant B purchase 60 cell phoness, including gallon No. 2, which he purchased from H, from each of the second floor offices of Guri-si Li-si, Seoul, about October 24, 2013, around 18:15, around October 24, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to acquire stolen goods.
3. Defendant A
A. On October 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on October 26, 2013, owned by the victim’s name-unclaimed winners who acquired N in the vicinity of the Seoul Gun Military Branch; (b) a gallon lusular phone owned by the victim.
