Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From Jun. 10, 2012 to Oct. 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from F to dispose of the 111th unit of smartphones, such as “gallon No. 2” in the market price acquired by him/her from F in the place of injury, etc. to Oct. 10, 2012; and (b) knowingly received a request to dispose of the said smartphones, the Defendant sold the said smartphones to China’s medium phone distributors

B. From December 13, 2012 to January 16, 2013, the Defendant acquired 32 mobile phones from G from the Gangnam-gu Cheongdamdong, with the knowledge of the fact that it was a stolen property, such as “galgalgalgalgalgalgno,” in advertising “H” and “I” on its Internet site “H” and “I”, and purchased from those with no name.

C. Around January 15, 2013, the Defendant acquired 14 mobile phones, such as “gallonians,” which he acquired by J from his insular means, by way of obtaining aviation delivery from the Chinese government, even though he knows that they are stolen goods.

On January 19, 2013, around 23:30, the Defendant acquired from Defendant B a mobile phone 11, including “gallonno,” in the “L” coffee shop located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and purchased from Defendant B, “H” on the Internet site, with the knowledge that he/she purchased “gallon, etc.” on the “H”, and that he/she was a stolen object.

E. From January 21, 2013, the Defendant

1. Until December 25, 200, 100 mobile phone 10 units, such as gallonians, acquired from O in front of the “N convenience store” in the middle of Seocheon-gu M, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and acquired them with the knowledge of the fact that they are stolen.

F. Around 02:00 on January 25, 2013, the Defendant acquired ten cell phoness, such as “galleno,” which he purchased from Defendant B, with the knowledge that it was a stolen object, on the Internet site “H” in the vehicle of Defendant B parked in the said B’s parking lot.

G. The Defendant around 11:00 on January 30, 2013, the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport Dong 150 Kimpo Airport.
