Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 2012, Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct purchased a lost mobile phone and received a proposal to pay an amount of KRW 2-30,000 won per unit when he/she purchased a mobile phone from a person who is unable to know his/her name as an agent for a police officer in the middle of 2012.
On December 20, 2012, the Defendant purchased at least 80,000 won a gallon gallon 21, which is a mobile phone owned by the victim's name in the first place of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, which is a cellular phone owned by the victim's name in the second place of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, but whose name cannot be known.

2. Accordingly, at around 13:00 on January 2, 2013, the defendants conspired to contact with the above prepaid phone in front of the main station located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
