A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2010, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won due to the crime of false entry into public electronic records, etc., and the crime of false entry into public electronic records, etc., and the crime of uttering of false entry into public electronic records, etc. in Daejeon District Court.

The defendant gave a marriage certificate and family relation certificate to C, and C, as the defendant was married to D with Vietnam's nationality, conspiredd to invite E and F by forging various documents as if he was the parent of D.

1. On February 2010, the Defendant forged public document: (a) issued the marriage relation certificate and family relation certificate to himself in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) and (c) stated C as “D”, “G”, “G”, and “G” on the date of birth on the date of birth of the spouse of the above marriage relation certificate at a place unknown at that time; and (d) written “D” and “G” on the date of birth on the date of birth of the above marriage relation certificate in the name column of the spouse of the above family relation relation certificate.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with C, forged the marriage relation certificate to the defendant under the name of the head of Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, which is an official document, and one copy of the family relation certificate.

2. No person shall invite any foreigner by fraudulent means to allow him/her to enter the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, around March 31, 2010, the above C submitted a family relation certificate to the public official in charge in order to attract the above E and F to enter the Republic of Korea, in collusion with the defendant, and one copy of a marriage certificate to the public official in charge.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, exercises one family relation certificate and one marriage relation certificate, which is a forged official document, and enters the Republic of Korea.
