Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the “C Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the paper manufacturing business in literature-si B, and is a person who exercises overall control over all the affairs of the said company.

When a worker retires, an employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred: Provided, That the period may, under special circumstances, be extended by mutual agreement between the parties concerned.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) from September 6, 2018 to May 17, 2019; (b) from October 2018 to May 2017, 2019, paid-in total of KRW 25,886,020 from October 2018 to May 2019 to retired workers D; and (c) from March 2, 2019 to March 2, 2019.
