Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

However, each of the above penalties shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant 2017 Highest 807 is a representative operating E and F in Yangsan-si D together with G, whose spouse is his/her spouse, who employs 30 full-time workers and has engaged in the manufacturing business (a painting and locking business).

1. In collusion with G, the Defendant did not pay wages, allowances, and retirement allowances for three workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties concerned, including the fact that the Defendant, from May 10, 2016 to October 30 of the same year, in collusion with G, did not pay wages of KRW 5,506,747 of retired workers H, while taking charge of production at the aforementioned workplace from May 10, 201 to October 30 of the same year.

2. The Defendant conspired with G, and around October 15, 2016, the same year at the same workplace.

8. 9. A worker I’s wage of 872,583 on September 2016, who had been in charge of production from around September 201, did not pay on the regular payment date.

From March 2, 2015 to October 15, 2016, the Defendant employed in the said workplace as painting and did not pay KRW 6,285,498 within 14 days from the date of retirement, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment deadline between the parties, in total, KRW 6,280,680, retirement allowances and retirement allowances and retirement allowances and KRW 4,776,056 of the retired employee J on October 2016.

5. The Defendant employed in the said workplace as a management director from June 13, 2016 to August 24, 2016, and concluded a labor contract with K with retired workers, and did not deliver the signature that stipulated the above working conditions.

6. The Defendant in collusion with the foregoing G, who served from June 9, 2016 to June 20, 2017 at the same place of business, and paid a total of KRW 8,831,268 of L wages and retirement allowances retired.
