Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On September 3, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) Automobile Management Act by the Jeju District Court on September 3, 2018, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 11, 2018 and is still under suspended execution.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 6, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven the Ecoon car at the section of approximately 1.5 km from the front of the Western apartment to the front of the D in C without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

The Defendant driven a car on the Dok Dok Dok Dok, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
