A. On February 26, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the Eracing Motor Vehicle at a section of about 300 meters in front of the D located in Jeju City in Jeju, from Jeju, around 14:54 on February 26, 2018 without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. Although the defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, he shall not operate the motor vehicle.

The E-ray motor vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place of entry into the port, was operated.

2.
