The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) offered a proposal that “to lend the head of the Tong and withdraw the money deposited in the head of the Tong at the request of the Defendant; (b) lent the deposit account to the said general account; and (c) decided to withdraw the deposited cash and receive the payment for the said withdrawal; and (d) conspired to do so with the members of the criminal organization of Bosishing, including the total amount of the aforementioned withdrawals.”

On June 8, 2015, at around 12:00 on June 12:0, 2015, the name influor of the above Bosing Organization deposited the money in the existing bank account into the account opened by the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office, which was the misappropriation case due to the number of residents under the prosecutor's office, etc.

However, the above-mentioned person was not an employee of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office and was a plan to acquire money by deceiving the victim.

After the victim opened a new company bank account (D) in the name of the victim and transferred KRW 17,615,769 from the existing account to the above account, the victim was aware of the password of Internet banking, and the OTP number, and subsequently, acquired the above information by transferring KRW 17,615,769 from the above account in the name of the victim to the new bank account in the name of the victim.

On the same day, the Defendant received a notice of deposit from the bank counter of a new bank 110-ro 12:35, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the same day, and then withdrawn KRW 17,600,000 out of the amount of damage deposited into the said new bank account, and then delivered it to the party who was the cause of the crime organization of Bosishing.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the person who was not the victim of his name, deceiving the victim and obtained pecuniary benefits from the victim.
