Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2013, the Defendant was issued with a summary order of KRW 1,00,000, which is a crime of fraud at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on May 14, 2013, and was sentenced to a total of 13 times punishment for the crime of fraud by an integrative fraud

2. At around 18:20 on December 10, 2013, the Defendant ordered 3,000 won in the main point of “H” operated by the Victim G in Dongducheon-si, the Defendant ordered 4 disease, 13,000 won in the market price, and 8,000 won in the market price.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received alcohol and food equivalent to 3,000 won in total at the market price from the victim’s position, but did not pay the price, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. On December 22, 2013, the Defendant ordered 200 Mau-ju equivalent to 3,000 won at the market price at the “K” station operated by the Victim J in Dongducheon-si, Dobcheon-si, the Defendant issued two orders for 7 Mau-ju equivalent to 11,000 won at the market price of 2 disease, market price, 3,000.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

Ultimately, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above, and makes the victim a total of 49,000 won in the market value from the victim’s position.
