【Criminal Facts】

On September 8, 2019, around 02:10, the Defendant issued an order to pay the price to the victim D, who is the above singing room, even though he did not possess any means of payment, such as cash, credit card, etc., and did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order, the Defendant issued an order to pay the price to the victim D, who is the above singing room business.

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with coffee.
