3. On January 14, 2015, around 03:00, the Defendant ordered alcohol and food at K’s “K” in the operation of the Victim J, which is located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu I.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the victim received alcohol, food, etc. due to the lack of money.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received the victim with the sum of 69,000 won, including 1 Donland, 3 Donland, Donland, 5 Donland, etc. from the victim, and acquired it by deception.

4. On January 14, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on January 14, 2015, acted as if he/she would normally pay a taxi fee to the M taxi operated by the victim L in the vicinity of the 136 basin, leading the victim to go through the Dododong, Jail, and Dondong area.
