[criminal power] On July 9, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Western Central District Court, two years of suspended execution, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months in the same court on the same day, two years of suspended execution, Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment for one year in the same court on the same day, one year in the same court on the same day, and two years of suspended execution, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 17, 2010.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At the same place in the same month, the Defendant 1,223,90 won was delivered from the victim due to the falsity of a traffic accident, as if there was a traffic accident.
B. On May 11, 2007, the Defendant, in collusion with D, P, Q, and R, received part of the P Track freight in collusion with the Defendant at around 15:55 on the roads before the boom-dong in a one-time flashing line.
At the same place in the same month, the Defendant 1,158,000 won was delivered from the victim due to the false statement as if there was a traffic accident.
