Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On April 1, 2009, around 22:15, the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident by intentionally operating a vehicle while driving a vehicle in the direction of Seoul at the seat of Incheon at the city of Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and then allowing the FST5 vehicle driven behind the said vehicle to shock the Defendant’s vehicle. (2) On December 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) while driving and straighting from the K Elementary School in front of the JAS on the front side of the JAS on December 17:05, 2010, the Defendant intentionally got involved in the LAS car changing the car from the front side of the said vehicle to the left side; and (b) requested the payment of insurance money as if there was a traffic accident, and thereafter, from around December 28, 2010 to December 31, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 5,390,410 from the victim C Co., Ltd. to receive KRW 731,110 as the insurance money paid from the victim NA to the left side; and (c) received KRW 731,10 as the insurance money paid from the victim NA.
(hereinafter “Second Accidents”). 3 On March 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) drive the said New Ecuba in the vicinity of the New Ecuba-dong Highway (Seoul Metropolitan Government), in the vicinity of the New Ecuba-dong Highway (Seoul Metropolitan Government) on March 17, 2016, and (b) intentionally received Qsta-ray car from the front right of the said vehicle to the left-hand side; and (c) around that time, the name of the victim C Co., Ltd and R Co.
