A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of the vehicle BM5 vehicle.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 21:50 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by placing the number plate of the above vehicle as a paper A4 in order to avoid the crackdown on the violation of parking and stopping in front of Mayang-gu, Mayang-gu, Mayang-si.
