Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2013, from around 19:13 to 23:21 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) carried out a fluor card with 30 other participants in front of the Korea Financial Training Institute located 50 meters away from the boundary points of the mission located in the Prime Minister in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) carried out a fluoret stating the contents of “the dismissed or dismissed for conducting the investigation, and the C winner shall perform the promise of the B investigation.”

Accordingly, the defendant participated in the assembly held within 100 meters from the boundary point of the mission of the Prime Minister.
