Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who was the head of the Category D branch of the B Trade Union.
1. On February 5, 2013, the National Committee for Countermeasures against Offenses of the Assembly and Demonstration Act (hereinafter “National Committee”) was held in front of the Korea Financial Training Institute located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, from February 19:10 to 23:40 on February 5, 2013, in order to resolve the issues related to D's violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act.
