Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working at the Seoul Metropolitan Committee of the Organization C.

On February 5, 2013, from around 19:10 to 23:40 on February 5, 2013, the E Committee held the "Reven for the concentrating of Requests for Acceptance of the Investigation into the Korea Financial Training Institute in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu."

The Defendant, along with 50 participants in other assemblies, created a fla book, which stated “the last day before the acceptance for the replacement of a person dismissed for the execution of the DNA investigation”, “the person dismissed for the execution of the DNA investigation”, “F elected shall carry out the DNA investigation promise, 10 diskettes 10, and 7 and sound equipment, etc., and created relief such as “the removal of the flacing, the removal of the flacing, the front of the acquisition flacing, and the resolution of D problems”, and “the removal of the flacing, the acquisition flacing, and the removal of the flacing,” and “the flacing of this flacing as a non-regular or senior.” This is the same as before the acquisition flacing. D problem goes through the capital pressure of workers who participated in the above cultural outdoor assembly, such as “the flac who will not make a speech to investigate the people.”

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and participated in an outdoor assembly held within 100 meters from the mission of the Prime Minister.
