1. On October 29, 2019, the Defendant filed a complaint against the Plaintiff on the instant vehicle stated in the separate sheet.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. On June 26, 2018, the Plaintiff registered the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff in accordance with the title trust agreement with the Defendant regarding the automobiles purchased by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant automobiles”).

On October 29, 2019, the Plaintiff sent a written complaint to the Defendant for the cancellation of title trust with respect to the instant automobile, and the instant warden served on the Defendant on October 29, 2019.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to take over from the Plaintiff the transfer registration procedure for the instant motor vehicle on October 29, 2019, based on the termination of title trust.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and accepted.
