1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on January 17, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The plaintiff and the defendant are legally married couple who completed the marriage report on August 20, 201.

On October 13, 2001, the Defendant purchased an automobile indicated in the attached list in the name of the Plaintiff and reverted the title of the said automobile to the Plaintiff. On October 13, 2001, the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement with the Plaintiff with the content that the said automobile will be managed and operated, and that the Defendant would re-transfer the title of the said automobile after two months from the date of the transfer registration

In addition, according to the above title trust agreement, the Plaintiff purchased the said automobile under its own name and completed the ownership transfer registration under the name of the Plaintiff on October 13, 2001.

B. Since the Plaintiff terminated the above title trust agreement with the service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, the Defendant is obligated to accept from the Plaintiff the transfer registration procedure on January 17, 2015, which was the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case.
