Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of three million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to a member, etc. for the purpose of having him/herself or a specific person elected or not elected as an executive or representative of a local agricultural cooperative.
1. Defendant A, as a member of the FF Agricultural Cooperative (representative) and, on January 10, 2013, received money from the members of the FF Agricultural Cooperative, in order to make the FFF head elected a G that was held on January 10, 2013.
On December 31, 2012, around 13:00 on December 31, 2012, the Defendant issued a cash of KRW 700,000,00 to B, a member of the Agricultural Organization Center in Ha, “I, a member of the Haan-gun, had talked with J. . . . 40,00 won, delivered to J. . . 300,000 won to the neighboring people, and “G was detained as the head of the Cooperative for two years, and attempted to restore their reputation.”
As a result, the defendant provided money to the members for the purpose of getting G elected in the election for the head of the F Agricultural Cooperative.
2. The Defendant sent KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant’s money from January 2, 2013 to January 3, 2013; KRW 400,000 to J from the members’ house located in Haan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun; KRW 200,00 to the members N from January 4, 2013 to January 5, 2013 to the Maju-Gun L in Haan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun; and KRW 200,000 to the members N from January 4, 2013 to January 6, 2013 to P, respectively.
Accordingly, the Defendant provided money to the members for the purpose of winning the G in the election for the head of the FF Agricultural Cooperative.
