A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was elected as a candidate for the election of the president of the D (hereinafter referred to as “D”) partnership held on March 11, 2015.

1. Violation of the Commissioned Elections Act;

(a) No person who provides money shall provide money to an elector, etc. for an election campaign;

Nevertheless, on December 2014, the Defendant issued KRW 500,000 to 7 members of the said Suscopic Union, a FF member of G, a member of the said Suscopic Union E, in the residence of G, a member of the said Suscopic Union, who is a member of the said Suscopic Association, and issued KRW 50,000 in cash, from that time to March 2015, the Defendant requested support from 7 members of the said Suscopic Union, such as the list of crimes, and provided KRW 2 million in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the members for election campaign purposes.

B. On February 2015, the Defendant expressed his/her intent to provide money to the Defendant, at the office of “I” located in He/she was sent KRW 300,000 in cash to the J, who is a member of the said Suhyup, for the commission of “I” to support him/her, who is a member of the said Suhyup, for election. However, the said J refused to receive money.

Accordingly, the defendant expressed his intention to provide money to the members for the purpose of election campaign.

2. No person who violates the Fisheries Cooperatives Act shall provide money, etc. to any elector for the purpose of winning an election as an executive of a fisheries cooperative;

Nevertheless, on June 2014 or July 201, the Defendant issued KRW 500,000 in cash twice by requesting the members to “absing to engage in an election campaign, going through drinking and booming to the union members,” at L’s residence, which is a member of K.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the elector for the purpose of winning the election for the head of the D association.
