Defendant A is a candidate for the election of the head of the G Agricultural Cooperative Federation(s) implemented on March 11, 2015, Defendant B and C are those who attempted to engage in an election campaign by Defendant A, and Defendant D is members of G Agricultural Cooperative.

1. Defendant A, B, and C offered money and valuables to each elector for the purpose of having Defendant A elected at an election for the head of the G Agricultural Cooperative Association. A, the Defendants offered money and valuables to each elector.
