Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:20 on May 9, 2016, the Defendant, at the Busan Dong-gu, located in Busan Dong-gu, 206, brought an injury to the victim B (the age of 49), such as inside the left side of the victim where the number of days of treatment can not be known to the victim, on the ground that the victim refused to take a bath, and the victim was able to take a bath to himself/herself.
